bestidquick provides professional tree and shrub pruning services. These services are performed on-site at your property and involve physical work on your trees and shrubs. Once pruning work has been completed, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, as the service has been rendered and the work performed.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to providing high-quality pruning services that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
Service Modifications and Corrections
If you believe the pruning work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or standards, we will:
- Review the work performed and discuss your concerns
- Provide additional pruning or corrections as needed, at no additional charge, if the work did not meet our agreed standards
- Maintain open communication to resolve any issues
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled pruning service:
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled service date
- Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur any charges
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a cancellation fee
- We are happy to reschedule your service to a more convenient time
Refund Policy
Given the nature of our services:
- Partial refunds may be considered if service is cancelled before work begins and payment has been made in advance
- Once pruning work has been completed, refunds are generally not available, as the service has been rendered
- If you have concerns about completed work, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include additional service at no charge rather than a refund
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:
- Payment is typically due upon completion of service, unless other arrangements have been made
- We accept various payment methods as specified in your service agreement
- Invoices will be provided upon request
